Boo-Hoo ..This Blog was removed by BOTS
Tried to post today but poor little RidingPretty was commandeered into the VOID by Spam seeking BOTS.
Happily everything got sorted out in a timely fashion...it only took about 10 hours to be alive and well again. Yikes!!!!I read horror stories of people being shut out for weeks. I was lucky indeed.
Whew!

PURE –Style -- CatSuit
Was she wearing a jumpsuit, or a playsuit? Or would you call it an ‘all-in-one’? mmmm…
Well then, most definitely a catsuit.
She told me she was a performance artist... I wished I’d remembered and/or written her name down. When I got home and saw these photos I knew she would be really good at her art.

Bust Magazine and Sara sent it along and are happy for me to distribute the .pdf out to you. shelly@ridingpretty.com

Slow Movement – San Francisco ....Bicycles?
Are there any any Slow Rides, Slow Ride-Social Riding Clubs or Slow Movement Bicycle type events ...at or during the Slow Food Nation '08 on Aug. 29th to Sept. 1st in
I began talking about the Slow Movement and the way I connected with it starting back in March. Anyway a big tip of the bicycle helmet to Slow Bicycle Movement for picking up on it and supporting it in a huge way....Quoted here... "So I figured it was about time that we finally got around to this Slow Bicycle Movement."
And now, for all of you in the
SF City Civic Center Plaza is being turned into a
Way back in the day, my grandmother use to tell me about her own victory garden like the one described in this handbook. Later on I became a fan of futurefarmers and anyone willing to eat out of their front lawn , as inspired by the Artist Fritz Haeg.
Whoops...I don't have a sticker for you to put on your blog or your bicycle.
Pure Style -- Chopper King
On my way to shop at the San Francisco Ferry Building
Check out the fine detail on his ride... He built it himself. He told me no has ever asked him much about his bike. They stare, snap a pic and walk off. So when I asked him if he would build just such a ride for someone else... he looked totally surprised. Then he said; ‘Sure.’ After a search he handed me a card for his place of work (non bike related.)
SO…if anyone out there wants a ride like Raymond’s…then email me... shelly@ridingpretty.com
He said it would be just fine to pass along his info to interested parties.

Bicycle helmet
A cycle helmet should be light in weight and should provide adequate ventilation, because cycling can be an intense aerobic activity which significantly raises body temperature and the head in particular needs to be able to regulate its temperature.
